Booking for one or all Company Classes from Pointe Black. Company Classes at Danceworks London include:
Academy Class (Intermediate): 11:00am - 12:30pm
Strength Lab: 12:30pm - 1:15pm
Company Class (Advanced): 1:30pm - 3:00pm
There is a 15 minute netowrking period after the Strength Lab and Advanced class to mingle with each other. Classes occur on the last Sunday of the month. You need only attend either the Academy Class & Strength Lab OR Strength Lab & Company Class.

Comfortable balletwear with skin-coloured tights and shoes - please do not wear pink. Bring a bottle of water, restsitance/theraband if you have one.
