About Minecraft Education: code your own music world

In this interactive Minecraft Education course, students will explore music through coding! Using Minecraft’s Noteblocks and Redstone, they'll learn musical notes to build a working piano and drum kit, then compose and program melodies. With programmable sounds like flute, guitar, and banjo, students create instruments, music machines, and immersive soundscapes inside Minecraft.
Students will grasp key computing concepts like circuits, logic gates, and clocks, while playfully exploring rhythm, pitch, and musical structure.
Minecraft Education transforms gameplay into meaningful learning, providing built-in coding tools to build future-ready digital skills in an engaging environment.
Ideal for imaginative children who love music and creativity, with at least 10 hours of Minecraft play experience. New to Minecraft? Our “Intro to Minecraft” sessions will get your child confident and ready to create!
