A fun and relaxed active play session for the children to enjoy together each week 🌟
Designed to be age-appropriate for the children, the sessions will focus on movement, coordination, balance and confidence through a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games.
To make the most of the Spring and Summer seasons, we’ll be running the sessions outdoors at St John's Wood Church Gardens ☀️
Each week will include a mixture of active play, obstacle courses, ball games, running games, parachute activities and simple sports-based games, all adapted for little ones and kept fun and engaging.
Sessions will generally include:
Warm-ups and movement activities
Active games and simple skill-based activities
Group games and imaginative play
A fun finish to round things off 🎉
The main aim is simply for the children to stay active, build confidence and enjoy being part of the group in a relaxed and supportive sport environment.
