We're delighted to present our Elite Training Days, now expanded with two professional components to enhance the experience for goalkeepers and parents.
Health and Nutrition
In partnership with BFIT Health and Nutrition, we provide education on the importance of health and nutrition in football. The day includes three 30-minute strength and conditioning sessions that demonstrate the biomechanics of goalkeeping movements. Parents are welcome to attend these sessions to learn alongside the goalkeepers.
