Come and join this supportive, welcoming class where you can explore/release feelings through your yoga practice and find some time to move with your breath and relax. A chance for mum and baby to bond and have quality time together, this class helps to ease out any aches or pains for mum and develop motor skills for baby.
Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks to crawling, and suitable for mum's who have had their postpartum check-up (please ensure your Health Visitor has advised you are clear to proceed with gentle, postnatal exercise).
Helps mum to regain correct posture, to realign and re-tone abdominal muscles, to tone the pelvic floor through working on these exercises, improve self-esteem, and conserve/enhance energy levels.
For your baby, yoga movements can emulate the rocking movements baby felt in the womb, helping them to relax and fall asleep more easily. They can also help with wind and colic, improve circulation and prepare/mimic the motor skills needed for crawling.

Yoga mat (mats are available but I would encourage you to use your own, if you have one, for hygiene reasons) A blanket or soft towel to lie baby on A favourite toy or comforter for baby.
