About Power Up East at BEAM Theatre
16 - 18yrs+
Power Up East Drama Workshops is for those aged 16+ with disabilities and
mental health concerns to explore themes of Empowerment, Independence,
Advocacy and Representation through various games, exercises and
Forum Theatre role play, culminating in a Celebration Event where participants, dignitaries and family and friends are invited to watch the screening of the documentary film of the project.
