About Little Flyers (5-6yo) Monday Peckham

This class is for Little Circus Stars age 5-6 who love to climb and hang off things as an introduction to the aerial world through exploration and play. In our 45 minute sessions, little flyers will explore a combination of aerial and floor work, developing co-ordination, strength and control through aerial fun on hoop, trapeze and slings as well as ground based activities like acrobalance and juggling. Through our sessions, Little Flyers will not only learn to fly, but in the process, gain better proprioceptive and kinaesthetic awareness, build cardiovascular and muscular strength, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility and develop better balance and coordination. The class emphasis at Flying Fantastic is to have fun while learning new skills, and to experience the power of being upside down!
Please note, there is no watching week in the first half of the term.

What you need to bring
Please wear a shirt that covers the armpits and bottoms that cover the knees, no crop tops please! Please bring a bottle of water. No zips, studs, sequins and leave jewelry at home.
