About Weekly Outdoor Session

Children Lead The Way is a beautiful, safe and enclosed outdoor learning provision set up by two lifelong friends on a voluntary basis. We are located on a working dairy farm with free onsite parking. We are run by a friendly, outstanding team with a wealth of experience at raising and empowering children who are Neurodiverse as well as forestry outdoor learning. We understand the importance of a natural playground that gives children all the developmental opportunities they need to learn. We are 100% self-directed play.
Currently we are welcoming children aged 4-12 years for a 2 hour session every Tuesday 10am-12pm in attendance with a parent or carer. Our purpose built outdoor session has all the opportunities for children to connect with nature and lead their play in a fun, adventurous and magical way. Enjoy the benefits of exceptional forest activities, opportunities for sensory play, swinging, climbing, creative arts and music making. Plus much more.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Dress warmly. Waterproofs and wellies or boots are strongly recommended. We do not accept people on site with flipflops, sandals or summer shoes due to the uneven, muddy grounds.

Basic refreshments are provided. Onsite eco toilet. onsite free parking.
