About Walking Football

Walking Football sessions for anyone aged 18+ of any footballing ability.
Date: Every Wednesday morning, starting on Wednesday 25th February 2026
Time: 10:30 - 11:30
Location: Brentford FC Training Ground, 100 Jersey Road, TW5 0TP (Pitch 11)
Cost: Free for the first 5 sessions, £5 per session thereafter
Please note, you can only wear the following types of boots at sessions. If you do not have these shoes, please let us know and we will have some available for you to borrow.
Allowed
Artificial Ground (AG) shoes - Round, small short studs that are hollow or specifically moulded.
Sole-plated shoes with moulded studs - Studs evenly dispersed across the foot for enhanced traction.
Shoes with screwed in studs - Studs made of metal or nylon, correct fitted, free of sharp edges / burrs and evenly worn.
Not Allowed
Multi studded ('centipede') shoes - Many soft stud spread multidirectionally across the shoe.
Shoes with aluminium and nylon blades.
Training shoes with flat soles.

What you need to bring
Please wear appropriate clothing for physical activity and arrive ready to take part in the session. There is no access to changing rooms. Please bring plenty of water for the session.
What we provide
We will supply all equipment (footballs, cones, bibs etc) for the session.
