Pregnancy and Baby Sling class with Stay and Play
Our GroovaRoo Baby Sling classes offer a joyful way to move, connect, and spend special time with your little one. Dancing together with your baby safely in a sling or carrier, these classes combine gentle movement with uplifting music in a warm and welcoming environment.
Designed especially for parents and caregivers, GroovaRoo provides a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby, move your body in a gentle and supportive way, and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.
Classes are relaxed, friendly, and completely judgement-free, making them a lovely space to meet other parents, share experiences, and build new friendships. No dance experience is needed - simply bring yourself, your baby, and enjoy moving together.
GroovaRoo Baby Sling is also suitable for expectant mums, making it a beautiful way to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy the power of music and movement.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Please bring a bottle of water/juice. You should wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in and shoes that are comfortable to dance in.You will also need a wide based baby carrier.
What we provide
1 hour of GroovaRoo 30 minutes of stay and play - a chance for everyone to chat and babies to play - Refreshments will be provided during this time.
