About Ultimate Lacrosse at St Helen and St Katharine

The Ultimate Lacrosse Experience is a 3-day lacrosse camp for children and teenagers aged 7 to 14 years of age.
Whether you are new and want to enjoy your first experiences of lacrosse or have played a plenty of lacrosse before, our coaching programme is designed for everyone to benefit, enjoy and develop their game in a fun and safe learning environment.

Things to know
What you need to bring
- Packed Lunch - Snacks - Refillable Water Bottle - Sun Protection (hat, suncream) - Waterproof jacket - Emergency Medication - All attendees MUST wear a mouth guard and protective goggles.
What we provide
We supply all equipment you need for camp but you may bring along your own stick. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for lacrosse, including both trainers and boots.
